Heraldry Cool Down Plate Changes

In the recent update KDN had updated all the heraldry cool down plates to be unified as 20% cool down instead of the usual 6%, 12% and 20%.

Assassins do not have a chart because the player who compiled this have tried to see most of his plates and they are already at 20% cool down. So there is no need for that chart.

Some skills are now worth to be plated and some do not really have much changes to them since they were already originally at 20% cool down. This are compilations made from a player in the duowan forums. All this data are mostly from the DWC server and the 2nd job advancements must be from the normal server.

The pictures are a bit blur and I don’t get the problem on how to rectify it. Click on the picture to see the clearer version.

If you find any fault in the numbers please tell me as I was just typing it out from the pictures I was looking at.
